Job summary

Meet the People is seeking proactive Technical Support Specialists to join our Dallas, TX team. You will provide first-line IT support for macOS via Jamf in a Google Workspace environment, handling onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring a seamless user experience for staff across North America.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking, deliver excellent customer service, and escalate complex issues with clear context and steps. Hybrid work schedule offered.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in IT support and end-user hardware.
Experience with Apple Device Management and macOS.
Experience with Google Workspace administration.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support for macOS via Jamf in North America.
Manage onboarding and offboarding, device setup, and account provisioning.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
Escalate complex issues with clear documentation.
Maintain knowledge bases and support documentation.
