Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking an IT Support professional to partner with our global teams in Atlanta to keep Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices running smoothly. You will manage the device lifecycle, deploy Intune and NinjaOne, and support core Microsoft 365 services ensuring secure, compliant operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, train users, and help enforce IT policies while contributing to onboarding/offboarding activities.

Qualifications

Experience providing desktop and mobile support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 services including Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange and Teams.
Experience deploying device-management tools such as NinjaOne and Intune.
Knowledge of endpoint security policies and Microsoft Office productivity tools.
AutoCAD and Bluebeam experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide support for desktop and mobile systems across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Manage the device lifecycle from procurement to retirement with secure data handling.
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange, Teams).
Deploy NinjaOne and Intune for device and app management.
Maintain endpoint security policies using Defender.
Support Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
Assist with deployment of AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
Log service requests and incidents in Freshservice and ensure timely resolution.
Perform software installations, updates, and patch management.
Collaborate with teams to enforce IT policies.
Train end users and contribute to onboarding/offboarding.
Document processes and maintain records of desktop configurations.
Work with People Team on onboarding/offboarding.
