Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mac IT Operations Specialist L2 for a 12-month W2 contract onsite in New York, NY. The role emphasizes supporting a Mac-centric enterprise environment (500+ end users) with VIP/executive support experience.

The candidate will handle IT service desk tasks, imaging hardware, asset management, and onboarding/offboarding, while collaborating with the IT team on SOPs and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT end user support in a Mac-focused environment (80% Mac/20% Windows).
• Experience with desktop imaging and MDM tools (Intune, SmartImager, Imperious, SmartDeploy).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365, antivirus, browsers, and network connectivity.
• Proficient in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk or Jira).

Responsibilities

• Be the face of IT to corporate employees in the New York office.
• Ensure office IT is operational (AV, wifi, badge readers, cameras).
• Manage collaboration tools for a great end-user experience.
• Oversee IT hardware procurement and asset management.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and issuing software access.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
