Job summary

Perk is seeking a TechOps Specialist to strengthen our IT backbone. You will handle day-to-day IT support, macOS troubleshooting, and hardware lifecycle management across our hybrid offices.

The role emphasizes quick problem solving, strong collaboration, and a passion for excellent user experiences. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in IT, hands-on experience with Mac hardware/software, and familiarity with Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and end-to-end device provisioning.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in IT support or systems administration, with strong MacOS experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Comfort with endpoint management tools and troubleshooting across Mac hardware/software.
• Organized with a systems mindset, able to track devices and inventory across offices.

Responsibilities

• IT Support: first line for employee IT issues, focusing on macOS troubleshooting, application support, and network connectivity.
• Hardware Management: own device lifecycle—procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, loaner pool oversight, re-provisioning.
