Job summary

Perk is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to be the go-to IT resource across our fast-moving startup. You’ll handle day-to-day IT needs, with emphasis on Mac support, hardware lifecycle management, and local IT logistics. You’ll drive procurement and improve setups and processes at the Chicago hub.

You’ll thrive in execution mode, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to AI-related IT improvements while supporting a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or systems administration in startup environments.
• Strong MacOS troubleshooting experience and end-user support
• Experience with endpoint management tools and IT software deployments

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of IT support for employees across hubs, with focus on Mac issues.
• Manage device lifecycle: procurement, deployment, inventory, loaners, provisioning.
• Oversee office IT logistics and AV/room tech coordination.
• Assist with zero-touch onboarding of laptops and Macs.
• Plan hardware refresh cycles and optimize IT processes locally.
• Coordinate software installs, device shipments, and office moves.
