Job summary

PrepMD, a premier cardiac healthcare solutions company, seeks an IT Operations and Support professional in the United States to manage daily IT operations, oversee Apple hardware lifecycle, onboard employees, and automate onboarding workflows with HR.

The role also owns security and compliance, manages KnowBe4 training, keeps devices updated, and reports progress to leadership. Requires 4+ years in IT and proficiency with macOS, JamF, JumpCloud, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT support, systems administration, or a similar operations role.
• Experience owning IT for an organization and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO compliance and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, including prompt remediation of technical support tickets and maintenance of an audit trail.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Apple hardware: procurement, setup, shipping for new hires, and repairs/returns via AppleCare.
• Provide technology onboarding and ongoing education for employees.
• Coordinate with HR to automate onboarding and offboarding workflows for repeatable processes.
• Manage company software and resource provisioning via JumpCloud and MDM platforms.
• Organize system maintenance and MacOS upgrades to ensure uptime.
• Maintain the corporate office WiFi network under CTO direction.
• Provide bi-weekly progress updates to leadership.
