Job summary

Channel Factory is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver high‑quality Tier 2/3 support across the Americas and manage the macOS fleet with Jamf Pro. This 6‑month fixed‑term role involves onboarding/offboarding collaboration with HR and global IT, plus ownership of device lifecycle and procurement for the region.

You will administer Google Workspace and SSO/MFA, contribute to security and provisioning efforts, and occasionally travel for in‑person collaboration in a fast‑paced startup

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT Support, Service Desk, or Systems Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to Americas users via Jira Service Management.
• Troubleshoot macOS, SaaS applications, access management, and networking issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain high service standards.
• Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Manage macOS fleet through Jamf Pro (enrollment, compliance, patching, policies).
• Coordinate device procurement and lifecycle operations for Americas hires.
• Onboard/offboard and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth provisioning and HR IT handoffs.
• Support Google Workspace administration (user lifecycle, permissions, mail routing).
• Maintain system documentation and access governance.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to maintain standards and drive improvements.
