Job summary

Meet The People in Dallas, TX is seeking proactive Technical Support Specialists to join our team. You will provide reliable first-line IT support for macOS via Jamf in a Google Workspace environment for our Dallas office and North America.

You’ll assist users with daily issues, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure a seamless support experience for staff and clients. You will bring a solutions-first mindset, deliver exceptional support, and own the end-user tech experience in the local

Qualifications

2–3 years of IT experience, preferably with end-user hardware and SaaS administration.
Experience with Apple Device Management is required.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira Service Management or Freshdesk).
Experience administering Google Workspace.
Knowledge of macOS troubleshooting and Jamf Pro or other MDM tools.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP).
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Apple certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support for macOS devices in a Google Workspace environment across North America.
Handle onboarding and offboarding, user provisioning, and access management.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues on macOS devices.
Maintain ticketing systems, documentation, and knowledge base.
Escalate complex issues with clear context and steps taken.
Deliver excellent customer service with professional communication.
