Coralogix is seeking a proactive IT Technician to join our Global IT team. You will provide Tier 1 & 2 support for employees worldwide, manage onboarding/offboarding, and administer Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms. You will manage macOS devices with Jamf Pro and improve IT automation.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, customer service, and collaboration with Security, HR, and Engineering teams. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

2+ years of IT support experience.
Strong macOS administration and Jamf Pro expertise.
Experience with Google Workspace and Okta.
Experience with Okta Workflows.
Familiarity with AI tools for IT automation.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service; fluent English.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for employees worldwide.
Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, hardware, and access.
Administer and support Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms.
Manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint issues.
Build and maintain IT automations and improve operational workflows.
Create and maintain internal IT documentation and procedures.
Work closely with Security, HR, and Engineering teams.
