Job summary

Cognizant in Boston is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote support for Mac devices and Windows endpoints. You will handle onboarding, imaging, and software deployment, while using Jamf, Intune, and SCCM for device management.

You will also support printers, conference room devices, and IT assets, participate in on-call rotations, and document all activities in the ticketing system with a focus on security and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong macOS support experience required.
• Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune) and endpoint management (SCCM).
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical end-user support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Assist with user onboarding including account setup and device provisioning.
• Deploy and manage mobile devices using MDM tools (Jamf, Intune).
• Troubleshoot mobile device configuration, connectivity, and security.
• Provide printer support and conference room device support.
