Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with MDM tools and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience providing Mac support.
• 3+ years of experience with M365 and remote desktop tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong macOS support to end users, with 85% Mac devices in the estate.
• Deploy and manage mobile devices using MDM tools such as JAMF and Intune.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote desktop tools, and in-person visits.
• Assist with user onboarding, including account setup, device provisioning, and software installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device configuration, connectivity, and security issues.
• Provide printer support, including installation and troubleshooting of printers.
