Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a MAC Coordinator in the Tampa area to assist with planning and coordinating small clinical furniture, fixtures and equipment requests. You will interact with Humana site populations, provide direct customer service, and help ensure projects run on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes asset management, coordination with contractors, and safety compliance while supporting multiple projects and stakeholders. Travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years’ experience: furniture specification, interior design, project management, construction management, clinical administration management, event coordination or decommission management.
• Open to travel and after-hours work as required.
• Proficiency in multiple listed software tools is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee asset reconfigurations and dispositions to maximize space efficiency.
• Inventory assets and coordinate with client for disposition and storage management.
• Obtain quotes and generate RFQs, issue purchase orders for approved requests.
• Supervise furniture installations and related equipment moves.
• Serve as primary client contact for FF&E requests and small projects.
• Provide operational support to ensure adherence to procedures and budgets.
