Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team on the Humana account. You will handle day-to-day facility tasks, manage work orders, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Some after-hours work and travel may be needed as part of maintaining building operations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in administrative, accounting or tenant services capacity.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Customer service experience; facilities/property management or CRE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office facilities.
• Address client inquiries, ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, contractors and vendors.
• Report on open/closed work orders and track status with responsible parties.
• Review bids and proposals; verify final invoice pricing and process payments.
• Monitor vendor performance and train vendors on work order processes.
• Assist with site inspections and measure KPIs against SLAs.
• Coordinate special events and communicate project status to client and landlords.
