Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an MAC Coordinator to plan, coordinate and implement small clinical furniture, fixtures and equipment requests. The role is highly interactive with Humana's site population and requires a strong customer service focus to assist Humana.

The MAC Coordinator will oversee asset reconfigurations, manage asset disposition, coordinate RFQs, and supervise furniture installations across the region. Travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must learn new technology quickly and use it effectively.
• Must have 1-3 years of experience in furniture specification, interior design, project management, construction management, clinical administration management, event coordination, decommission management and/or architecture.
• Must be open to travel and after-hours requirements.
• Must be proficient in several listed software programs including AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, Bluebeam REVU, Serraview, 360Facility, Yardi or Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate asset reconfigurations and disposition to maximize space efficiency.
• Inventory assets and coordinate disposition with client, including storage facilities.
• Obtain quotes, generate RFQs and issue purchase orders for approved requests; supervise furniture installations and moves.
• Serve as primary client contact for FF&E requests and small projects.
• Provide operational support to ensure projects meet departmental, building and client procedures.
• Adhere to timelines and budgets to meet KPIs and SLA guidelines.
• Assess field conditions and review safety expectations with contractors.
• Follow safety protocols and licensing for removal of health care supplies and equipment.
• Provide onsite supervision of furniture moves and dispositions within the region.
• Escalate issues and participate in conflict resolution.
• Complete all required Cushman & Wakefield safety training.
