Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a MAC Coordinator to coordinate moves, furniture changes, and related facility activities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained office environment.

You will partner with Facilities, Workplace, Space Planning, building management, movers and vendors to complete moves on schedule with minimal disruption, manage furniture inventory, and support move and workplace projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, technical training, or related facilities/workplace experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities, workplace services, furniture management, move coordination, space planning, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating office moves, furniture installations, or workplace reconfigurations.
• Working knowledge of commercial office furniture systems and workstation components preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, furniture plans, and basic space‑planning drawings.
• Experience working with movers, furniture installers, contractors, and other service vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute employee and departmental moves, adds, and workspace changes.
• Manage MAC requests from intake through scheduling, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate individual moves, group moves, relocations, and larger move projects.
• Conduct pre-move site walks to identify requirements and constraints.
• Develop move plans and logistics with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT, security, facilities, movers, and furniture installers as required.
• Verify workstations are move-ready before occupancy.
• Manage day-to-day furniture requirements and inventory.
• Coordinate furniture delivery, installation, relocation, and repairs.
• Identify opportunities to reuse existing furniture.
