Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a MAC Coordinator to oversee moves, adds, and changes within office environments. You will coordinate moves, manage furniture handling, and ensure safe, on-schedule transitions with internal teams and external vendors.

The role supports IT, security, facilities, and movers, ensuring move-readiness and post-move follow-up. A strong background in facilities services and space planning is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 3+ years in facilities, workplace services, furniture management, or move coordination.
• Experience coordinating office moves and space reconfigurations.
• Ability to read floor plans and space planning drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute employee and departmental moves, adds, and workspace changes.
• Manage MAC requests from intake through scheduling, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate moves, restacks, relocations, and larger move projects.
• Develop move plans and logistics in coordination with stakeholders and service providers.
• Coordinate with IT, security, facilities, movers, and vendors as required.
• Verify workstations are move-ready prior to occupancy.
• Support furniture delivery, installation, relocation, and repairs.
• Submit and close work orders for MAC, furniture, and move activities.
