Job summary

JLL is seeking a Moves Coordinator in Atlanta to support MAC (Move, Add, Change) projects. You will handle box moves, delivery of supplies, furniture installation and reconfiguration while coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful MAC execution.

The role requires furniture installation skills, valid driving privileges for a 20ft box truck, and physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. On-site work in Atlanta, GA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in move management or furniture installation.
• Valid driver's license to operate a 20ft box truck.
• Ability to lift, push and pull 50lbs repeatedly.
• Knowledge of common hand tools and furniture systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide MAC project assistance: box moves, moving supplies, furniture installation and reconfiguration.
• Troubleshoot and repair furniture as needed.
• Drive, inspect and operate a 20ft box truck for deliveries and moves.
• Perform furniture installation using personal tools and wall mounting skills.
• Coordinate with Occupancy Planning, MAC Lead, IT, FM and vendors to execute MAC requests.
• Follow up on post-move issues to ensure completion.
