Job summary

Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., based in Cary, NC, seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1–2 on-site support for laptops, mobile devices, email, and enterprise apps in a Microsoft 365 environment. You will troubleshoot authentication, access, and device issues and assist users during live incidents.

Responsibilities include provisioning, device lifecycle, migrations, and user communications. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT support, experience with enterprise environments and M365,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support or service delivery experience.
• B.S./B.A. in business, computer science or other discipline preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments and migrations.
• Solid understanding of M365 administration, endpoint management, enterprise applications, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, Intune).
• ITIL Foundation skills preferred.
• Experience working with users outside the US is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-User Support & Incident Resolution: Tier 1–2 support for laptops, mobile devices, email, and enterprise apps; troubleshoot authentication, access, and device issues; investigate and diagnose Microsoft365 issues; support users during live issues with diagnostics, screenshots, and logs.
