Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, engage in redlining and simulated negotiations, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

Ideal candidates have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, active bar admission, and 2+ years in M&A at a corporate firm. You will collaborate with product and research teams on AI-driven legal workflows in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• JD required and ABA-accredited law degree.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years in M&A at a corporate law firm; strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
