Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks experienced Corporate Transactions Attorneys with strong M&A expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This remote contractor role requires J.D., bar admission, and 2+ years in M&A at a corporate law firm; familiarity with SPAs and APAs is a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2+ years in an M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with SPAs and APAs and strong communication skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into AI feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, perform redlining and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract scenarios.
• Develop evaluation criteria for AI performance.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on AI workflows.
