Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Corporate Transactions Attorneys with strong M&A expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

You will collaborate with product and research teams, handle SPAs and APAs, and translate complex deal terms into actionable guidance for AI systems, in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2+ years in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract-related scenarios.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
