jurisdiction, and 2+ years in M&A at a corporate law firm. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for fast-paced, cross-functional work.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including SPAs and APAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
