YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This remote contractor role supports US-based work and requires collaboration with product and research teams on AI workflows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in M&A at a corporate firm and a U.S. bar admission.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with SPAs and APAs.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract-related scenarios.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.
