YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining, and negotiate exercises, providing expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

The role requires 2+ years in corporate M&A, J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, and active bar admission in the U.S. You will collaborate with product and research teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Familiarity with SPAs and APAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract scenarios.
