YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney (Contractor) to support a legal AI training and evaluation project remotely in the United States. You will review contracts, draft and redline agreements, and participate in simulated negotiations to provide expert feedback for improving AI-driven legal analysis. The role requires 2+ years in a corporate M&A department, J.D.

from an ABA-accredited school, and active U.S. bar status.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to at least one U.S. bar.
• Experience in corporate M&A teams with exposure to SPAs and APAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to translate legal analysis for AI systems.
