Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney on a contract basis to support a cutting-edge legal AI project. You will review contracts, perform redlining, and participate in simulated negotiations to refine AI-generated analyses.

You will provide expert feedback and help develop evaluation criteria while collaborating with product and research teams to advance AI workflows in corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including SPAs and APAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract-related scenarios.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
