Qualifikationen

• Execute buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements with due diligence support.
• Develop and implement business development plans to attract clients.
• Network with prospects to build revenue-generating relationships.
• Analyze data, assess earnings quality, working capital, and risks.
• Review transaction documents and advise on negotiations.
• Lead engagement teams to deliver timely client deliverables.
