Job summary

BDO USA, a leading professional services firm, seeks a Managing Director for BDO Capital Advisors to guide M&A advisory engagements and strategic solutions aligning with client visions. The role emphasizes business development, mentorship of the execution team, and delivering timely, high-quality transaction deliverables.

The candidate must have a proven, entrepreneurial, metric-driven mindset and a track record of delivering revenue results across complex deals.

Qualifications

Ten (10)+ years in investment banking or corporate finance.
Experience leading VP/Associate/Analyst teams, in-person and remote.
FINRA Series 63 and 7 or 79 licenses, or actively pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

Execute buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements and due diligence.
Develop and market services to external clients and internal partners.
Build revenue through client networks and go-to-market strategies.
Analyze client data to identify trends, working capital, and risks for decision-makers.
Review transaction documents and provide negotiation insights.
Identify pre- and post-close opportunities and enhance GTM strategies.
Lead engagement teams and manage client deliverables.
