Job summary

BDO Capital Advisors seeks a Managing Director to advise on mergers and acquisitions and strategic solutions that complement client visions. You will drive business development, convert prospects to clients, and oversee transaction execution with mentorship to the execution team.

The role requires an entrepreneurial, metrics-driven mindset and senior leadership to deliver measurable revenue results. Significant travel may be involved as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA degree is required.
• Experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Experience leading a team of VPs, associates and/or analysts.

Responsibilities

• Executes buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements and performs due diligence support.
• Engages in business development and marketing to clients and internal partners.
• Networks with prospects to build revenue relationships.
• Analyzes client data to identify trends, reviews earnings quality, and assesses liabilities and risks.
• Reviews transaction documents and provides insights for negotiations.
• Identifies opportunities and enhances go-to-market strategies.
• Performs as lead professional on engagements and coordinates client deliverables.
• Leads day-to-day execution of transactions including due diligence and valuation.
