Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to lead financial, accounting and operational due diligence engagements. You will work with C-level clients, manage teams, and contribute to deal success in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of public accounting or TAS M&A experience, CPA or CA preferred, and a strong command of US GAAP and MS Office. The role offers growth opportunities and a supportive ESOP-driven culture across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience or 3+ years TAS Merger & Acquisition experience at a mid/large firm is required.
• Experience interacting with C-level personnel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees financial, accounting and operational due diligence engagements.
• Analyzes financial and operating results within transaction context.
• Researches and develops proposals and may present to acquire new clients.
