Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in IT diligence, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience across at least four areas: IT organization, IT processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud tech, cybersecurity.
• 6+ years synthesizing data and developing assessment findings for M&A diligence.
• 5+ years presenting findings in verbal, written, and analytical formats for M&A diligence.
• Completion and delivery of 20+ IT due diligence projects for strategic or financial clients.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience, or MBA with 4+ years experience.
• Ability to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A IT diligence discussions with client and target-company stakeholders to assess IT orgs, processes, apps, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Identify IT risks, debt, maturity gaps, costs, and value-creation opportunities; assess data, infrastructure, and integration architecture; advise on acquisition/divestiture/post-merger activities.
• Analyze IT cost and financial data; develop cost estimates, synergy analyses, contract analyses, and cost models.
• Create and oversee diligence work products: agendas, data requests, interview guides, findings, and roadmaps.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, present findings, coordinate advisors, and lead delivery teams to meet timelines.
• Develop scope statements and pricing estimates; support proposals and client growth; mentor team members; contribute to recruiting.
