Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 4+ years of IT experience across information technology areas (organization, processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity).
• 2+ years presenting findings verbally, in writing, and analytically as part of diligence work.
• 10+ information technology due diligence projects completed for clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT systems, software and operating models to identify risks and value opportunities.
• Perform technology due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, JVs and partnerships.
• Synthesize findings into client-ready analyses, reports and recommendations.
