Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience across IT orgs, processes, apps, infra, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• 4+ years synthesizing data, identifying risks and value opportunities for diligence work.
• 2+ years presenting findings verbally and in writing as part of diligence efforts.
• 10+ information technology due diligence projects completed for strategic/financial clients.
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in consulting/industry; MBA +2+ years acceptable.
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT systems, software environments, and operating models to identify risks and value creation.
• Perform technology due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, and partnerships.
• Synthesize findings into client-ready analyses, reports, and recommendations.
