Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience across information technology areas (org, processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity)
• 4+ years synthesizing data, identifying risks and value opportunities
• 2+ years presenting findings in verbal, written, and analytical formats
• 10+ IT due diligence projects completed for strategic or financial clients
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years consulting/industry; or MBA with 2+ years
• Ability to travel 50% on average; sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT systems, software environments, and operating models to identify transaction risks, separation and integration considerations, and value creation opportunities
• Perform technology due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and partnerships across corporate and private equity transactions
• Synthesize diligence findings into client-ready analyses, reports, and recommendations that support investment decisions and broader transaction strategy
• Develop workplans for engagement components, coordinate activities across workstreams, and identify scope changes during execution
• Design deliverables aligned to engagement objectives and client needs, including verification and validation of findings and outputs
