Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an M&A IT Diligence Manager to lead IT diligence for target companies, overseeing discussions on IT organization, applications, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity. You will guide executives through risk and value opportunities in complex transactions.

As part of the IT Diligence team within Deloitte's M&A practice, you'll develop cost models, synergy analyses, and diligence deliverables, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely, high-quality client outcomes across deal

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience across IT org, processes, apps, infra, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• 6+ years synthesizing data to identify risks and value creation in M&A diligence.
• 5+ years presenting findings in verbal, written, and analytical formats for diligence.
• Delivered 20+ IT due diligence projects for strategic or financial clients.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience or MBA with 4+ years.
• Willingness to travel about 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A IT diligence discussions to assess IT orgs, processes, apps, infra, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Identify IT risks, technical debt, maturity gaps, costs, and value-creation opportunities; advise actions.
• Analyze IT cost and financial data; develop estimates, synergy analyses, contract analyses, cost models.
• Create and oversee diligence deliverables: agendas, data requests, interview guides, findings, roadmaps.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for executive clients; present findings and coordinate advisors.
• Develop scope statements and pricing estimates; support proposals; coach team; assist recruiting.
