Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience across IT organization, processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud technology, and cybersecurity.
• 6+ years synthesizing data, identifying risks and value opportunities for IT diligence.
• 5+ years presenting findings in verbal, written, and analytical formats as part of an M&A diligence effort.
• 20+ IT due diligence projects completed for strategic or financial clients.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of consulting or industry experience, or MBA with 4+ years of work experience.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A IT diligence discussions with client and target-company stakeholders to assess IT organizations, processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud technology, and cybersecurity.
• Identify IT risks, technical debt, IT maturity gaps, costs, and value-creation opportunities; assess data, infrastructure, and integration architecture; and recommend actions for acquisition, divestiture, and post-merger activities.
• Analyze IT cost and financial data using benchmarks and proprietary tools; develop cost estimates, synergy analyses, contract analyses, and one-time and recurring cost models.
• Create and oversee diligence work products, including agendas, data request lists, interview guides, findings, transition service agreement schedules, roadmaps, and client deliverables.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for executive clients, present findings, coordinate subject matter advisors, and lead delivery teams to meet quality and timeline commitments.
• Develop scope statements and pricing estimates; support proposal development and client growth efforts; coach team members; and contribute to recruiting and practice knowledge sharing.
