Job summary

WSP is seeking an M&A Integration SVP to lead operational integration across TRC’s Power & Energy business in the United States. The role reports to the BI&CM leadership and drives practical integration plans, readiness, and go‑live activities.

You will coordinate with Executive Leaders, HR, communications, and technical SMEs to build governance, risk registers, and engagement plans, ensuring accountability and timely delivery while maintaining organizational culture and velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Develop M&A integration processes, procedures, systems for the US region.
• Governance and reporting for all M&A activities across the US region.
• Lead P&E Operational Integration activities on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team.
• Create Business Line and Service Line operations plans including go-live and embedment.
• Coordinate meetings with executives and delivery personnel to drive integration tasks.
• Maintain a risk register and ensure timely escalation and closure.
