Reworld Waste in Kansas (USA) seeks a Senior M&A Integration Manager to drive end-to-end integration governance across acquisitions and realize value through a tollgate-based model.

You will lead cross-functional integration efforts across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial; own synergy delivery, risk management, and Day 1 through 180 plans to ensure business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: align with deal value drivers.
• Governance & Tollgate Leadership: lead tollgate reviews with executives.
• Value Realization & Synergy Delivery: own end-to-end tracking and reporting.
• Cross-Functional Integration Execution: coordinate across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Change Management & Communication: manage integration messaging and employee engagement.
• Integration Capability Building: improve playbooks, checklists, dashboards.
