Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in the United States is seeking a Change & Transformation Analyst to join the US Transformation Office. You will coordinate and deliver priority transformation initiatives, translating strategy into practical plans and disciplined delivery.

The role requires strong planning, stakeholder engagement and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power BI. You will support governance, readiness, communications and learning programs across the US portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of post-education experience in operations, change, and transformation management.
• Strong planning, organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear and engaging written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to create concise reports and presentations.
• Ability to build trusted working relationships across functions and levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating and tracking transformation initiatives across the US portfolio.
• Support development and execution of change strategies, plans and interventions.
• Identify and document adoption risks, dependencies and support needs.
• Maintain change plans, readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Gather and analyze feedback to translate insights into practical action.
• Support continuous improvement of Transformation Office tools, standards and ways of working.
• Coordinate stakeholder identification, analysis and engagement planning.
• Coordinate workshops, focus groups, leadership briefings and feedback sessions.
• Prepare engagement materials and manage follow-up actions and commitments.
• Support leadership reinforcement and local change champion activities.
• Draft and coordinate change communications, presentations, and leadership updates.
• Coordinate training schedules, learner communications and attendance tracking.
• Support learning material creation and job aids.
• Monitor readiness and adoption indicators and contribute to status reporting.
• Maintain portfolio plans, dashboards, status reports and logs.
• Prepare materials for steering committees and governance reviews.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action follow-up.
