Job summary

MCI seeks an experienced M&A Operational Transformation Manager to own the end-to-end integration lifecycle from pre-acquisition planning through Day 1 readiness and full‑cycle delivery.

You will define, negotiate, and manage Transaction Service Agreements, lead cross‑functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, and operations, and track synergies and ROI to ensure value delivery across the enterprise. Strong communication and program management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in M&A integration, corporate transformation, or transaction execution.
• Experience with TSAs, Day 1 execution, and full-cycle post-close integration.
• Background with top-tier advisory firms (Big Four or similar) preferred.
• Strong program and project management skills; PMP or Lean Six Sigma a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management.
• Business acumen including synergy modeling and ROI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-acquisition planning and deal integration strategy development.
• Draft and negotiate Transaction Service Agreements; set scope and SLAs.
• Oversee Day 1 readiness and full-cycle integration delivery across functions.
• Manage post-close synergies tracking, ROI, and risk reporting.
• Coordinate governance, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
