Workspire seeks a Director of M&A Integration to lead integration planning and execution for acquired businesses, aligning people, processes, systems, and reporting while protecting ongoing project delivery and customer relationships.

This role partners across finance, operations, human resources, technology, and legal to translate transaction objectives into practical plans with clear ownership and measurable progress, incorporating construction workflows and risk management.

Competenze

• Experience leading acquisition integration, business transformation, or complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience in construction, contracting, or another project-driven environment is relevant.
• Understanding integration planning, change management, and operational coordination.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage integration plans, defining workstreams, priorities, decision points, dependencies, and accountability.
• Coordinate transition readiness and post-close execution with acquired-company leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with finance, operations, human resources, technology, legal, and other functions to assess integration needs and translate findings into coordinated action plans.
• Align construction-related processes such as project reporting, job costing, estimating handoffs, contract administration, procurement, and safety/quality practices.
• Coordinate systems and data transitions, including reporting, financial systems, and operational tools.
• Support communication and change management across the combined organization and track milestones, risks, costs, and benefits.
