You will partner with senior leaders to optimize project delivery, staffing, and profitability while promoting safety and high-quality results.

The role emphasizes cross-location collaboration, process improvement, and mentoring, with a focus on EBITDA, DSO, and client satisfaction to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations, delivery, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project financials, margins, EBITDA, and KPI tracking.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and complex programs.
• Proactive problem-solving, candid communication, and accountability.
• Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive organizational performance.
• Leadership that emphasizes staff development and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver all aspects of P&L, revenue generation, and project performance.
• Collaborate with Business Line Leadership on operational strategy and staffing.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and DSO; optimize processes for efficiency.
• Lead talent development, recruitment, and performance management.
• Ensure quality, safety, and ethics compliance across projects.
• Provide training and mentorship to project managers and staff.
