Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large transformation projects. You will partner with executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-schedule delivery, budget adherence, and strategic alignment.

You will define objectives, roadmaps, and governance, lead cross-functional workstreams, manage risks, and drive organizational alignment to deliver successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs, ensuring budget and timelines.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project delivery.
• Develop stakeholder communications and executive-level reports.
