Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large transformation initiatives across the organization.

You will serve as a liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners, developing frameworks, managing risks, tracking milestones, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy and roadmaps with objectives and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes and systems.
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors for delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and milestones.
• Communicate status and risks to leadership regularly.
