Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Integration Manager - M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration and large-scale transformation efforts across the enterprise. In this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop governance and roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure initiatives stay on schedule and within budget while aligning with strategic objectives.

Remote-friendly with ET-zone coverage and occasional on-site needs at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8-10+ years of PM and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and delivery abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define integration objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, dependencies, and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders efficiently.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans; track milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder alignment throughout.
• Communicate status, decisions and outcomes to leadership.
• Use PM tools and metrics to measure initiative success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.
