Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute complex integration programs across the organization. You will act as a liaison among executives, acquired entities, and partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategy development, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, with opportunities to influence large-scale enterprise transformations in a dynamic environment in the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8-10+ years P&C insurance experience in project management.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems and teams.
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones and budgets.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
