Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integration and large-scale transformation projects. You will drive frameworks, manage risks, and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners, aligning workstreams with strategic objectives and delivering value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define integration objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success metrics and governance.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to support smooth M&A transitions.
• Oversee large transformation programs, aligning processes, systems and teams.
• Manage resources, vendors, and stakeholders for appropriate support.
• Develop plans, monitor milestones, and control budgets and risks.
• Communicate progress and decisions to executives and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and enable scalable solutions.
