Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects across the organization. You will liaise with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

The role emphasizes developing project frameworks, managing risks, tracking milestones, and driving alignment with strategic objectives to deliver successful transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional M&A integration initiatives.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, teams and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Create executive reports and governance documentation.
