Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large-scale transformation programs across the enterprise. The role serves as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and internal teams to ensure successful integration outcomes.

The Integration Manager develops project frameworks, manages risks, tracks milestones, and drives alignment to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: define objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance.
• Project Scope & Requirements: align with business priorities and dependencies.
• M&A Integration Leadership: lead cross-functional integration initiatives.
• Transformation Program Management: oversee large-scale transformations end-to-end.
• Resource Coordination: manage internal resources and vendors.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: maintain detailed plans and track milestones.
• Change Management: manage scope changes and implementation activities.
• Risk Management: identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Stakeholder Communication: provide regular updates to leadership.
• Performance Measurement: use metrics and reporting to gauge success.
• Documentation & Governance: maintain project docs and governance records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with leaders across functions to drive results.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement scalable improvements.
