Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations across the organization. This role acts as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support M&A integration.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
• Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect scope and budget.
• Communicate status and decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
